Our Mascarpone is formulated as a typical Italian Tiramisu / San Sebastian ingredient with a solid structure, original slightly sour but sweet taste, very low Salt/Sugar ratio.

It is also frequently used in Breakfast-Houses and Dairies, due to its ease of eating and its relatively light weight. Labneh, which was originally a Lebanese Cheese, has been derived from the Aegean sage for many years.
